Happy Birthday, Mom - We Miss You

Today would have been my mom's birthday. We lost her almost 20 years ago to complications from diabetes. She loved her grandchildren. I remember watching her face light up when my boys would visit. It was the same with all of her grandchildren - they brought her joy.

I am sad today that she never got to meet her great-grandchildren. There are 4 now. One of them is my own dear grandson. I hope she is watching over them from heaven. And I hope they all bring her the same joy.

Miss you, Mom.
